Kusafiri is the fifth world centre and is located in the Africa region. While Kusafiri shares the same types of experiences and commitment to serving girls from around the world, it differs from the other world centres in that it does not have a dedicated “brick and mortar” facility. Instead, Kusafiri is able to take advantage of safe, secure facilities throughout Africa because it moves from country to country as events are held. Events have been held in Rwanda, Kenya, Madagascar, and Uganda. The next event is scheduled for 2023, the date and host country to be confirmed.
